- 2 swordfish steaks
- 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lemon
- Salt, pepper, and rosemary opt
- Pre-heat your outdoor grill to medium-high heat.
- Oil your grill grate and steaks. Give the steaks a dash of salt, pepper and rosemary on both sides.
- Sear each side of swordfish steaks for 4-6 minutes depending on thickness and your tastes
- Serve with lemon and enjoy
